 Quality Monitoring

We always want to provide quality security for our clients. One way that we can do that is to monitor our officer’s movements during a shift. Managers and Supervisors at Trident Security Services monitor our officers while they are on duty using an electric monitoring system. We use an electronic system to monitor when an officer has made a round or has visited a certain patrol site. Clients can get daily, weekly, or monthly reports showing how often officers are making tours on a client’s site or visiting a site for a patrol visit.
