Armed Training
In addition to the above basic SLED training, armed officers have additional training that they must go through and qualify. Each officer must complete SLED Level I and II training, must qualify with their specific firearm, and go through yearly training.
On Site Training
Officers that have completed our employment process, training, and background check, then go on to train on specific sites. Our on-site supervisors, Management Team, and evening supervisors assist in the on-site training on each officer. Post orders are reviewed and signed off, officer shadows on site supervisor, and then can perform duties after training.
